On June 17, 2025, the brand-new version of BeursBuddy went live. This update—preceded by months of development—takes the online ordering process for trade-show booths, furniture, and additional services to an even higher level.

What is BeursBuddy?

BeursBuddy is an innovative platform that fully relieves both exhibitors and event organizers of logistical burdens. As an exhibitor, you can order all the products and services you need for a successful participation in every major trade fair in the Netherlands through one central interface. Think furniture, audiovisual equipment, printed materials, greenery, and even complete exhibition stands.

Event organizers can hand over the entire ordering process for a wide range of products and services to BeursBuddy. This lets them focus completely on running the event while maintaining an additional revenue stream.

Refreshed Looks and New Features

BeursBuddy has been given a completely new look and now aligns even more closely with our users’ needs:

Responsive design: The fully revamped user interface delivers an optimal experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile, so you can place or modify orders on the go.

Intuitive navigation: Clear categories and filter options guide you step by step from search to order, with straightforward icons and fast search results.

Quick checkout: With one-time login and a streamlined checkout flow—including iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and invoicing—you can finalize your order in just a few clicks.

Advanced event search and filtering: On the Find My Event page, locate all fairs where BeursBuddy is active—over 50 per year—by date, location, or venue, and view start and end dates at a glance.

Smart Account Functionalities

We’ve added several improvements to the dashboard for returning users. After creating an account, you’ll have access to:

My Events: Manage all your orders per event participation and easily add or update your booth number.

PO Reference: Add your purchase-order number to an order so the invoice immediately meets accounting requirements.

File Upload: Upload PDF designs for printing directly within your order, ensuring your artwork appears perfectly on the products you’ve ordered.
